The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Christopher V. Torres, 23, of 1628 State St., Apt. 1, also was charged by Watertown police with speeding driving at 50 mph in a 30-mph zone at 11:51 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of State Street.
Mr. Torres had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
■ Shayne B. Cook, 26, of 34552 Shimel Road, LaFargeville, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and speeding at 1:02 a.m. Sunday on Route 11 in the town of Pamelia. He refused to submit to a breath test, according to deputies.
Deputies said Mr. Cook drove off the road and ran over a sign. The sign got wedged under the vehicle, causing sparks as he drove along, they said.
■ Samuel D. Hudgins, 19, Wauchula, Fla., also was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with speed not reasonable or prudent at 12:42 a.m. Saturday after he allegedly drove off Route 283 in the town of LeRay, hitting a road sign.
He had a BAC of 0.17 percent, deputies said.
■ Robert D. Jackson, 24, of 34 Garden Road, Philadelphia, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with speeding at 2:13 a.m. Saturday on South Main Street in the town of LeRay. He had a BAC of 0.09 percent, deputies said.
■ Terri L. Doxtator, 51, of Southville Road, West Stockholm, was charged by state police at 9:11 p.m. Friday. Ms. Doxtator was stopped on Southville Road for moving from her lane unsafely, police said. Her BAC was 0.15 percent, they said.
■ Robert C. Lytle, 40, of 26710 Bonney Road, town of Pamelia, also was charged by state police at 11:40 p.m. Wednesday on Pike Street in Brownville with failing to use designated lane. Police said he had a BAC of 0.16 percent.
■ Alec F. Murphy, 22, of 901 Superior St., Watertown, also was charged by Watertown police with failure to signal a turn and speeding driving 50 mph in a 30-mph zone at 2:23 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of Arsenal Street. He had a BAC of 0.17 percent, police said.
■ Kim M. OReilly, 50, of 481 Poplar St., Apt. 1, also was charged by Watertown police with having unauthorized blue lights at 12:56 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of Court Street. Ms. OReilly had a BAC of 0.11 percent, police said. She was released on $250 bail.
■ Michael J. Worthington, 33, Adams, was charged by state police at 11:07 p.m. Friday on County Route 15 in the town of Sandy Creek.
