CEMETERY DESECRATION - MADRID - Canton-based state police charged Will T. Remigio, 21, of Potsdam with cemetery desecration, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and speeding following an incident reported at 10:52 a.m. Sunday in the town of Madrid. He was placed under arrest at 3:55 p.m. Sunday at 200 Main St., Potsdam.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LAWRENCEVILE - Massena-based state police said Jodey K. Aiden, 39, of Brushton was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 5:58 p.m. Sunday on Peru Street, near Foster Road, in the town of Lawrence.
