PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Richard L. Schwartfigure, 18, of 242 Center St., Massena, and David Lawrence, 23, of 13 Clark St., Massena, with petit larceny at 3 p.m. Monday following an alleged shoplifting incident at Walmart. Police said Lawrence was in possession of a $20 pair of sneakers and Schwartfigure had a pair of sneakers valued at $24.87.
NO HEADLIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Suzanne M. Underwood, 71, of South Grasse River Road, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate headlight following a traffic stop at 9:38 a.m. Monday on Grove Street.
IMPROPER SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Roger D. Smith Jr., 22, of Highland Road, Massena, for making an improper signal at 9:27 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.
FAILURE TO SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Trista D. LaDue, 21, of Massena at 8:45 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maiden Lane at Cornell Avenue.
PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Rodney D. Wood, 18, of 388 Grantville Road, Norfolk, with petit larceny at 7:35 p.m. Saturday. She allegedly shoplifted $24.17 worth of merchandise from Walmart.
SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Leo L. Bristol, 50, of Lazy River Road, Hermon, with speed in zone at 10:14 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.
UNINSPECTED VEHICLE - MASSENA - Villagbe police ticketed Vickie L. Patten, 46, of North Lawrence with operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 9:47 a.m. Sunday following a stop in the Harte Haven parking lot.
INADEQUATE BRAKE LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Hugh J. Point, 22, of Scanlon Road, Bombay, with operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lights following a traffic stop at 9:43 p.m. Saturday on West Hatfield Street at Main Street.
