The parents of Chelsea R. Reed and Mark A. Jennings, both of Adams Center, announce the couple’s engagement.

Ms. Reed, daughter of Leslie and Cynthia Filiatrault, Antwerp, graduated in 1993 from Indian River Central School, Philadelphia, and in 1997 from SUNY Oswego, with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and a concentration in graphic design. She is employed by URS Federal Services, Fort Drum.

Mr. Jennings, son of Richard and Carol Jennings, Watertown, graduated in 1996 from South Jefferson Central School, Adams, and in 2001 from Full Sail University, Winter Park, Fla., with a degree in audio engineering. He is employed by Dyn Corp. International, Fort Drum.

A Sept. 7 wedding is planned.
