RICHVILLE – Terry A. Carr, 61, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at his home.

Calling hours are Saturday, December 8th from 1:00 to 2:00 pm and a funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur with Rev. Michael Tomford , pastor of Richville Christian Fellowship officiating and burial in Hermon Cemetery.

Terry was born on March 14, 1951 in Gouverneur, the son of Arthur and Patricia Coffey Carr.

Terry attended schools in Hermon and Syracuse. He worked many years as a dairy farmer and enjoyed listening to country music, hunting, fishing, and tinkering on cars and tractors.

On July 9, 1988, Terry married Lisa Holland in Gouverneur.

Terry is survived by his wife Lisa, his 7 children Jenne and Enos Gotham of Hermon, Jared, Aaron, Melissa, Bridgette, Brittany, and Stephanie Carr, all of Richville, a granddaughter Jessica Gotham, and his mother Patricia and Joseph Birch of Richville. He is also survived by 2 brothers Mike and Cathy Carr of Richville, Randy Carr and his companion Dawn Brothers of Heuvelton, 4 sisters Pamela Gotham, Christine Carr, and Shari Carr, all of Hermon, Lena and Rick Gollinger of Pierrepont, several nieces and nephews. Terry is predeceased by his father and a brother Cleo Carr.
