BURGLARY - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Samantha A. Clough, 21, of Potsdam with second-degree burglary Thursday following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 10:31 a.m. July 31 from the town of Pierrepont. Clough was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,500 cash.
THREE VEHICLE CRASH - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police said one person was injured in a three-vehicle crash at 12:41 p.m. Thursday on Route 11 near the Potsdam-Morley Road. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by G.M. Newport, 66, of Trumansburg, Sarah A. Glode, 22, of Potsdam and Conrad E. Stebner, 69, of Potsdam.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police investigated several accidents in the Troop B region Thursday and early Friday morning. Among those were:
■ Tina S. Rheaume, 59, of Ogdensburg at 5:50 p.m. Thursday on state Route 37 at Paterson Road in the town of Louisville.
■ Brandon L. French, 19, of Norfolk at 2 a.m. Friday on County Route 38, near the Joy Road, in the town of Norfolk.
