State police charged a Lowville teenager in an alleged shoplifting incident Wednesday night at Kohl’s department store, 21850 Towne Centre Drive.

Ashley L. Wicks, 18, of 9453 Hodge Road, is accused of stealing clothing priced at $96, police said. She is summoned to Watertown Town Court.
