CARTHAGE — Stacy S. Snyder, 38, of 29038 Route 3, Black River, was arrested Tuesday by village police on charges of second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief in connection with a domestic fight that occurred Nov. 6.

She was released without bail following arraignment in Village Court.

Police said she cut up a bed at 828 West St. while having a fight with Crystal N. Snyder, 30, of that address.

Ms. Snyder violated terms of an order of protection issued in Village Court, police said.
