CANTON — The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will host a free health insurance information session from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at its office, 101 Main St.

Open enrollment for those already in Chamber insurance programs ends Dec. 20.
