OGDENSBURG - Four people, including two small children, were uninjured Monday when the horse-drawn buggy they were traveling in flipped over on Paterson Street.

Ogdensburg police said the accident occurred in front of Pizza Hut, 1010 Paterson St. The buggy was northbound on Paterson Street when the horse turned abruptly into the restaurant parking lot, causing the wagon to flip over.

The occupants were identified as Frannie R. Keim, 24, of 695A Route 14, Rennselaer Falls, her 2-year-old son, and Salome H. Yoder, 26, of 28 Tuck Road, and her 3-month-old daughter.

The Ogdensburg Fire Department and Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad assisted at the scene.
