ADAMS — Bradley I. Smith, 51, of 14106 County Route 75, was charged by state police Monday evening with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, cited under state conservation law.

He is summoned to town of Adams Court. Police said he was target shooting behind his residence, which caused concern for a neighbor.
