Syracuse Stage, as part of its production of “White Christmas,” is hosting a contest that seeks videos of the popular musical’s cover song.

Participants are invited to record their own rendition of “White Christmas,” no longer than three minutes. Videos should be appropriate for viewers of all ages.

Videos must be uploaded to a YouTube account and emailed to whitechristmas@syracuse stage.org. Be sure to include your name, email address and phone number.

Syracuse Stage will upload videos to its website and a panel of judges will pick one winner in four categories: best male solo, best female solo, best duo and best ensemble/family.

Submissions must be received by Dec. 6. Winners will be notified by Dec. 10. They will receive Syracuse First dining cards and tickets to see “White Christmas.” Individuals in each category will receive a pair of tickets to see the show, with a limit of six tickets total for the family/ensemble category.

Winners also will have the opportunity to perform their covers at a Syracuse Stage “White Christmas” event Dec. 13.
