Jolene R. Juiliani, 36, of 819 Bingham Ave., surrendered to city police Saturday to be charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

She faces prosecution in City Court on allegations that on the night of Oct. 16 at her residence, she allowed a 15-year-old boy to smoke marijuana in her presence, according to police.
