Watertown police charged Michael T. Schaber, 42, of 1210 Madison St., with disorderly conduct at 12:23 a.m. Wednesday at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St.

Mr. Schaber is accused of yelling obscenities in the emergency room.

He was held Wednesday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $100 bail, pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
