State police charged a Redwood woman with petit larceny in an alleged 5:20 a.m. “Black Friday” shoplifting incident at Kohl’s, 21850 Towne Centre Drive.

Tameka R. Beerman, 24, of 45901 Route 37, is accused of leaving the store without paying $88.98 for two pairs of children’s shoes and a headphone set that were concealed in her handbag, police said. She is ordered to appear in Watertown Town Court.
