MORRISVILLE Charles McAllister made two free throws with nine seconds left to help the Clarkson University mens basketball team to a 78-75 win over SUNY Morrisville in a nonconference game Tuesday night.
McAllister finished with eight points for the Golden Knights, who improved to 3-0 overall. Jerry Coleman led Clarkson with 19 points and John Coleman scored 17 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished out five assists. Marques Charlton scored 15 points and Felix Abongo added 10 points for the Golden Knights. Jailaan Kinsey and Kucjok Ater each scored 17 points for Morrisville (1-2).

Andy Bousono scored 21 points to lead host Johnson State past the Kangaroos in a nonconference game.
Bryan Hickey added 16 points and 11 rebounds for Johnson State (1-2).
Michael Pulci led SUNY Canton (1-2) with 22 points, while Khalid Vaughn and Xavier Fisher each scored 16 points.
