LOWVILLE — A town of Lowville man was jailed Monday after allegedly throwing dinnerware during a domestic dispute at his residence.

Lewis County sheriff’s deputies charged Matthew McDonald, 24, of 7433 Rice Road, with third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Lowville Town Court and sent to Lewis County jail on $1,000 bail.

Mr. McDonald was accused of throwing a couple of pieces of dinnerware “in a threatening manner,” according to a department release.
