CARTHAGE — The Carthage Area Hospital Foundation will hold an informational luncheon on estate and charitable giving at noon Nov. 28 at Jose O’Connor’s, 15 Bridge St.

The complimentary lunch includes tomato basil soup or salad and the choice of grilled chicken or grilled steak sandwich, along with coffee or tea and dessert. It is sponsored by Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management, Watertown.
