Eric B. Moyler, 25, Brooklyn was charged by state police Sunday with promotion prison contraband and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Mr. Moyler was visiting someone in Riverview Correctional Facility, police said. As he passed through the metal detector he was found with 10.6 grams of marijuana, along with Suboxone, a drug used to treat opiate addiction, kept in metal containers and wrapped in balloons and plastic wrap, according to troopers. He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $2,500 bail.
