Three motorists charged with DWI

The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Ashley A. Fuller, 25, Potsdam, was charged by Potsdam police with aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, operating without brake lights and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle at 3:18 a.m. Sunday on Sisson Street. Police said she was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot at Ton’s Sports Bar.

Ms. Fuller had a blood alcohol content of 0.22 percent, police said.

State law says a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication, while the state threshold for aggravated DWI is 0.18 percent.

n James L. Lynch Jr., 23, Port Leyden, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 1:40 a.m. Sunday after they received the complaint of an unwanted person at a hunting camp on Abbey Road in the town of Greig. Upon investigation, deputies said they found that Mr. Lynch had become disoriented and stopped at the camp to ask directions.

He had a BAC of 0.16 percent, deputies said.

n Gheorghe Banaduc Jr., 31, of 8525B Straight Loop, Fort Drum, was also charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with unlawful use of a siren or gong, improperly colored lights and speeding at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Route 283 in the town of Pamelia. He had a BAC of 0.09 percent, police said.

n Thomas L. Clinch, 47, of 23953 Route 12S, Watertown, was also charged by Watertown police with unreasonable speed, failure to comply, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and improper plates at 7:51 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of High Street. He had a BAC of 0.15 percent, police said.

n Christopher A. Mills, 40, Ogdensburg, was also charged by state police with failure to keep right at 11:05 p.m. Saturday on County Route 4 in the town of Oswegatchie. He had a BAC of 0.15 percent, police said.

n Travis D. Wright, 21, Madrid, was also charged by state police with insufficient tail lights and improper license plate display at 4:30 a.m. Sunday on Sisson Street in Potsdam. He had a BAC of 0.08 percent, police said.

n Eddierick F. Clark, 34, of 17973 First St., Apt. 20, Adams Center, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI and inadequate headlights at 12:46 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Mill Street. He had a BAC of 0.18 percent, police said.

n Martin D. White, 51, of 683 Bronson St., Watertown, was also charged by Watertown police with failure to signal a turn at 1:52 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Armstrong Place. He had a BAC of 0.08 percent, police said.

n Ritchie J. Turck, 47, of 8165 Sand Pond Road, Greig, was also charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies with failure to keep right at 12:14 a.m. Saturday on Chases Lake Road in the town of Watson. Mr. Turck had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent, deputies said.

n Dustin M. Dean, 26, Ogdensburg, was also charged by state police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 11:39 p.m. Friday on New York Avenue in Ogdensburg. Mr. Dean had a BAC of 0.08 percent and was in possession of one suboxone pill, police said.

n Aziz A. Dar, 21, Bethany, Conn., was charged by Potsdam police at 12:05 a.m. Saturday on Clarkson Avenue. He had a BAC of 0.11 percent, police said.

Police said the vehicle Mr. Dar was driving matched the description of a vehicle described in a trespassing complaint received earlier that night.
