ROME – Irene F. Beach, 71, of Floyd Avenue, formerly of Lowville, died Friday morning at Rome Memorial Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 1p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Iseneker Funeral HomeInc., Lowville, with the Rev. Dan Tabolt officiating. Burial will be in Beaches Bridge Cemetery.
