FORT DRUM — The post’s installation commander has called for the early release of all non-essential civilian employees and soldiers at 2 p.m. due to inclement weather. The post at noon also announced that all recreational areas of the post are off-limits until further notice.

The post will also operate on a delayed opening time tomorrow, with all non emergency essential personnel expected to report at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
