The Glens Falls Post-Star, the largest and most influential newspaper in the new part of the 21st Congressional District, endorsed Republican Matt Doheny for Congress.

The editorial board had some nice things to say about Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, but Mr. Doheny's business experience won the day.

The election is Nov. 6.
