Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, and Republican Matt Doheny will square off in a debate at 7 p.m. tonight in Plattsburgh.

The debate will feature a livestream on WPTZ's website.

Here's one interesting wrinkle: The candidates will be able to ask each other questions. Watch out for zingers.
