Mrs. Joan A. James, age 67 of Parishville, NY passed away on October 10, 2012 at the Highland Nursing Home in Massena, NY where she had been admitted the prior week. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 18th at 11am at the Garner Funeral Service. Friends may call at the Garner Funeral Service on Thursday morning from 9am until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory can be made to the Parishville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad. Online condolences for Joan can be sent @www.garnerfh.com.
