PULASKI — Matthew T. Tousant, 23, of 519 Albion Road, was charged Tuesday morning with fourth-degree criminal mischief after he slammed his vehicle into a gate on private property, according to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department.

He is due to appear in Richland Town Court. Deputies said the damage was reported shortly after 8 a.m. at property on Daysville Road, where Mr. Tousant had a verbal dispute with the property owner.
