Reece P. Davis, 27, of 605 Ford Ave., was ticketed for blocking a sidewalk at 1:52 p.m. Friday, Ogdensburg police said.

Trevor J. Dodd, 23, of 717 Hamilton St., reported his tires were slashed at 9:26 a.m. Saturday, city police said.

Donald W. Edwards, 26, reported his windshield was broken outside his residence at 528 Park St. at 5:36 p.m. Saturday, city police said.

Michael R. Caglar, 20, reported a watch belonging to his mother, Lori L. Caglar, was stolen from her vehicle at 6:32 p.m. Saturday, city police said.

Clifford E. Lescenski, 45, of 101 Kratz Ave., Syracuse, was ticketed for following too closely behind the motorcycle of Charles V. Mulvey, 52, 8235 Cedarcrest Circle, Liverpool, at 6:46 p.m. Saturday, city police said.

Todd J. Tyo, 24, of 214 Belmont Courts, was arrested for petit larceny at Wal-Mart, 3000 Ford St., at 1:28 p.m. Saturday. Mr. Tyo was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child when he allegedly tried to break in the home of Angela J. Hutcherson, of 624 Irving St., while intoxicated, city police said. Mr. Tyo was being held pending arraignment.

Aaron S. Trotter, 19, Jacques L. Sovie, 18, and Maria E. Coppola, 19, were charged with open container and underage possession of alcohol at 1:28 a.m. Sunday, city police said. Mr. Trotter, Mr. Sovie and Ms. Coppola were released on a city court summons.

Steven L. Hodge, 47, of 318 Kings St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance at 10:27 a.m. Sunday, city police said. Mr. Hodge was being held and waiting for arraignment.

Scosha M. Duncan, 20, Ontario, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana at 6:39 p.m. Sunday at the U.S. port of entry, city police said. Ms. Duncan was released after posting $100 bail.
