State police cited a teenager Monday in the alleged shoplifting of a carton of cigarettes at Walmart Super Center, Route 11, town of LeRay.

Trevor J. Skeldon, 17, of 1526 Washington St., faces a charge of petit larceny in the $86.46 value theft on Saturday, police said. He is due to appear in town of LeRay Court.
