POTSDAM A Chase Mills man was charged with two felonies Monday by St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies after an alleged domestic dispute Aug. 13.
Aaron L. Maslin Sr., 25, of 513 Route 44, was charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree strangulation, both felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
He is accused of covering his ex-girlfriends mouth and nose, causing her to lose consciousness, and preventing her from leaving the residence in front of their three children.
He is to appear in Madrid Town Court.
