MASSENA — Randy L. Cecot, 52, of Andrews Street, died Saturday morning at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Among his survivors is his mother, Margaret “Bunny” Cecot, with whom he lived.

Arrangements are with the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena.
