Terry D. Power, 30, of 609 English Settlement Road, Ogdensburg, was charged Friday with two counts of petit larceny.

State police said Mr. Power stole $153 worth of merchandise from J.C. Penney, Salmon Run Mall, and a chain saw from Lowe’s Home Improvement on Route 3. He was ordered to appear in Watertown Town Court.
