BRANTINGHAM A Watertown man suffered minor injuries in a two-car crash at 2:10 p.m. Friday on Brantingham Road in the town of Greig.
Lewis County sheriffs deputies said Karla A. Iosilevich-Searl, 38, of 5369 Dayan St., Lowville, was trying to make a U-turn when she failed to see an oncoming vehicle driven by Mark D. Pacella, 34, of 16792 Route 11, Watertown, causing a collision. The Pacella vehicle went off the road and flipped over.
Mr. Pacella was treated at the scene by Lewis County Search and Rescue personnel for a cut to the head.
Deputies said both drivers were wearing their seat belts, preventing more serious injuries.
Ms. Iosilevich-Searl was charged with making an improper turn, while Mr. Pacella was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle.
State police and firefighters from Brantingham and Glenfield assisted at the scene.
