Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, received the endorsement of an organization in New York that advocates for abortion rights.

NARAL Pro-Choice New York endorsed Mr. Owens along with 26 other Democrats in New York.

Mr. Owens supports abortion rights. His Nov. 6 opponent, Republican Matt Doheny of Watertown, is anti-abortion.
