Juel R. Lea, 39, of St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, was arrested Friday at 8:46 a.m. on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree assault. Ogdensburg police said he assaulted a fellow resident at the facility.

Joseph B. Johnson, 37, of 615 Ford St., was ticketed Friday at 12:16 a.m. on Jay Street for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right, city police said.

Dylan R. Peabody, 19, of 405 Pine St., was charged Thursday at 11:27 p.m. at the Nice & Easy store, 1117 New York Ave., with open container and underage possession of alcohol, Ogdensburg police reported.

Mary C. Davis, 22, of 83 E. Main St., Canton, was ticketed Thursday at 5:35 p.m. at Paterson and Greene streets for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign, city police said.
