POTSDAM A Potsdam teen was arrested and jailed at 3:15 a.m. Sunday after Potsdam Village Police broke up a party on Maple Street.
Michaela A. Bartlett, 17, whose address was not released, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of alcohol.
Ms. Bartlett was allegedly one of several people village police observed on the roof of a Maple Street apartment building, village police said.
Ms. Bartlett was being held in St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, $2,000 bond.
Village police said the investigation into the incident is ongoing and further charges are pending.
