A Lorraine man surrendered Tuesday to Watertown police to be charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Anthony S. Bidwell, 18, of 3369 French Settlement Road, is accused of smashing a window June 17 on a 2011 Nissan owned by Tina M. Lagrow, at her residence, 435 S. Hycliff Drive, according to police. He awaits possible grand jury action.
