POTSDAM - Cody A. Pernice, 23, Market Street, Potsdam was arrested by Potsdam police at 6:40 p.m. Friday and charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a controlled substance.

Mr. Pernice is being held in the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he is awaiting arraignment.

The arrest was made due to an investigation conducted by the Potsdam Police Department and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force into the sale of cocaine in the Potsdam area. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are pending, according to police.
