A Watertown man was arrested early Tuesday after he choked both his mother and his sister, according to city police.
Brian M. Beach, 26, of 638 Burchard St., an ex-convict, awaited arraignment in City Court on Tuesday on two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation, two counts of harassment, and a single count of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was arrested at 3:40 a.m. at his home after police said he placed an arm lock to the neck of his mother, Robin L. Hadley, 46, same address, and applied his hands to the neck of his sister, Lori A, Hadley, 20, same address, during a domestic fight.
He also is accused of kicking and damaging a storm door at the house, owned by Robert F. Beach, 80, police said.
According the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Brian Beach has been out of prison since last Sept. 20, having served a term given him in Rockland County in June 2010 for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
