Thomas D. Mulligan, 50, of 26438 Military Road, was listed Tuesday afternoon in serious condition at Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, after suffering multiple injuries late Monday morning when his motorcycle and a pickup collided at Route 12 and County Route 281 in the town of Pamelia.

Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies reported that Donald P. Murphy, 60, of 13623 Military Road, Sackets Harbor, stopped at a stop sign at 11:55 a.m. before pulling onto Route 12, where Mr. Mulligan was proceeding east.

Mr. Murphy was charged with failure to yield the right of way.
