PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Jennifer M. Larkin, 27, of 214 Jenkins Road, Richville, and Jessica L. McSweeney, 27, of 425 County Route 12, Gouverneur, with petit larceny at 11:45 a.m. Monday after receiving a complaint the duo had walked out of the Potsdam Walmart store together without paying for over $700 worth of merchandise. Larkin was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after deputies determined she had driven to the store on a suspended license. They were released on appearance tickets for Aug. 16 in Potsdam Town Court.
