PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Tyler E. Provost, 16, of 53 Pine St., Massena, and Cody E. Brothers, 16, of Dodge St., Massena, with petit larceny Monday evening. Police said each teenager shoplifted two bottles of Coricidin cold medicine from Price Chopper.

ARREST WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up April M. Burns, 26, of 12 St. Regis Road, Hogansburg, on a federal arrest warrant at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday on Stephenville Road. She was turned over to the U.S. Border Patrol.

UNLICENSED OPERATOR - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Angelena C. Frost, 26, of St. Regis, Que., for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday on Stephenville Road.

FAILURE TO TURN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Laurie J. Harper, 49, of Jamestown for failure to turn as required after she turned left in the right turn only from Water Street to Main Street at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday.

DOG AT LARGE - MASSENA - Village police charged Darrin Crump, 22, and Eric W. Smith, 20, both of 49 1/2 Maple St., Massena, with having a dog at large and having an unlicensed dog at 5:48 p.m. Sunday on Maple Street. Smith was additionally ticketed for failure to produce a rabies certificate for his dog.
