BENCH WARRANT - RAYMONDVILLE - Massena-based state police charged George S. Felix, 46, and Christopher Hughes, 31, both of 81 Grantville Rd, Raymondville, following an incident Sunday.

Felix was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Troopers said when they responded to his residence to serve a bench warrant from Franklin County on Hughes Felix told state police HughesS was not in the house.But troopers said Hughes was arrested moments later jumping out of a side bedroom window. Felix was issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Norfolk Court. Hughes was turned over to troopers from Malone for the bench warrant.
