Massena - Francis L. Neddo, 88, formerly of Woodlawn Ave and DeKalb died July 16, 2012 at Highland Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Privately with burial in Union Cemetery, DeKalb. Francis was predeceased by his parents and brothers and sisters. Arrangements are with Lawrence Funeral Home, Canton.
