"POTSDAM - Potsdam officials announced early this morning that the state of emergency for the village of Potsdam has been lifted.

They reported there are still isolated areas of the village that are still without power, and here are also a few streets that remain impassible.

Expect delays in certain areas.

The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department also announced the no unneccesary travel ban in the town of Potsdam has been lifted, but motorists are advised to use caution as utility crews are still workin in the area.
