"PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:23 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 44 at the McGinnis Road. The vehicle was being operated by Ty R. Van Tassel, 37, of Massena.

BURGLARY -MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Trevor J. Sisto, 18, of Fort Covington with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree burglary, obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree harassment as part of an investigation into a burglary reported at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday. Krissy A. White, 18, of Snye, Que., and Nolan T. Cooke, 16, of Fort Covington were charged with third-degree burglary shortly after the incident was reported. Troopers said Sisto was arraigned in local court, and bail was set.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WAVERLY - Malone-based state police investigated a one vehicle property damage accident at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday on Wait Road, near state Route 458, in the town of Waverly. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Drew P. Lynch, 26, of Ogdensburg.
