"Zachary S. Cushman, 20, of 140 N. Rutland St., Apt. 2, was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. Tuesday after Watertown police allege he was found possessing brass knuckles during a traffic stop near his residence.

He is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. Mr. Cushman is prohibited from possessing a weapon because of his criminal convictions: second-degree criminal trespass in November 2009 and third-degree burglary in August 2010.
