FORT DRUM — Tyler D. Perio, 17, of 6348 Highland Drive, was charged Thursday by state police with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

Mr. Perio is accused of having sexual intercourse and oral sex with a 14-year-old girl on three occasions.

He was released to his parents after being arraigned.
