BRASHER FALLS — A Brasher Falls man was arrested by Massena-based state police at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday after allegedly violating an order of protection.

Brian L. Brunelle, 56, no address available, was arrested at 321 Quinell Road in Brasher Falls and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and disobeying a court order.

The incident was reported on July 9 at 11:52 a.m. No other information about the violation was available, deputies said.

Mr. Brunelle was issued an appearance ticket for a later date.
