AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Nellie Cedergren, 35, of Champlain with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday on Andrews Street. He was released on $200 prearraignment bail set by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - BRASHER FALLS - Massena-based state police charged Brian L. Brunelle, 56, of Brasher Falls with second-degree criminal contempt Tuesday following an investigation into an incident reported at 11:52 a.m. Monday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - CHATEAUGAY - Malone-based state police charged Tyler D. Lamondie, 27, of Constable with third-degree criminal mischief. Troopers said the investigation was launched after a complaint received at 3:52 a.m. July 5 from the town of Chateaugay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident at 12:10 p.m. Monday on state Route 37, near the Jones Farm Road, in the town of Lisbon. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Arthur E. Howie, 45, of Hammond and Thomas J. Snider, 59, of Waddington.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle accident at 2:58 p.m. Monday in the Salvation Army parking lot off Highland Road in the town of Massena. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Ida M. Bisnett, 83, of Parishville.
