MASSENA — Courtney E. Lashomb, 21, of 82 Cook St., Massena, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Saturday and charged with grand larceny.

Ms. Lashomb is accused of stealing a wallet containing a credit card while at the Rusty Wheel Tavern at 32 Willow St., Massena, according to village police.

She was released on an appearance ticket.
